Premier Delivery and Assembly Service

Our Premier Delivery and Assembly service is available to all customers in England, Wales, Scotland and the Isle of Wight. For the safety and reassurance of our customers and colleagues, our Home Delivery specialists follow strict health and safety protocols including wearing personal protective equipment and hand sanitising before and after every delivery. Our specialists will deliver your furniture to your room of choice and offer expert in-room assembly for most items.

Delivery update

Delivery timeframes are provided in good faith, based on estimates provided by our suppliers. Due to the ongoing impact of the pandemic to the global supply chain, some deliveries may be affected. We’re working hard to minimise delays and will do our best to keep you fully informed about the progress of your order.

Please note that the first time you hear from us may be when we call you to book your delivery slot. Please rest assured that your order is in our system, and we are doing everything we can to update customers on their order status where possible.

Keeping everyone safe

We ask that one hour before the scheduled delivery time, customers open windows in the room and along the access route to the room. We also request that you stand outside your home while our delivery specialists are inside. Most importantly, we ask that you confirm that neither you nor anyone in your household has any of the symptoms of COVID-19 listed on the NHS website. We’re grateful to you for your cooperation and understanding.

Estimated delivery time

Once your order has been processed you’ll be provided with an estimated day and time of delivery as indicated on the product details page.
Quick delivery items are denoted by the quick delivery van icon and a 28 day lead time.


Made to order furniture may take longer to deliver as estimated delivery times are subject to change in accordance with our furniture manufacturers being able to resume full production safely and in line with government guidelines.

We try to arrange the most convenient delivery time, Monday to Saturday (not including bank holidays).
Items delivered by our approved delivery suppliers will arrive Monday to Friday.

Where we deliver to

We deliver to mainland UK. If you live in Scotland, the Highlands, Isle of Wight or a postcode more than 40 miles away from one of our distribution centres, an additional one or two weeks delivery time may be required. All deliveries to Scotland are doorstep deliveries (or to the building threshold if you live in an apartment block) at this time.

Furniture Collection Service

We can help you recycle your old furniture in a cost effective, environmentally friendly way.

If you’re buying a divan bed and/or mattress our home delivery specialists can dispose of your old bed when they deliver your new one, with zero waste to land fill, on a ‘like for like’ basis. Ordering online? Simply tick ‘Recycle my old furniture’ at checkout. Ordering in store or by phone? Please arrange with your sales consultant.
For safety reasons, we’re currently asking customers to ‘bag and seal’ furniture prior to collection, with bags provided in advance. Only fully wrapped and sealed furniture can be accepted for recycling.

For all other furniture, our partner service, Speedy Clear offer a next day collection and recycling service for all household furniture excluding accessories. You can arrange collection and recycling of your furniture with Speedy Clear online, or call them on 0345 5280666 between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please note: any queries should be directed to Speedy Clear.

Once your furniture has arrived in our warehouse

As soon as your furniture is ready and waiting, our team will be in touch to arrange a delivery date, so you can make sure you're at home to receive your furniture.

We’ll contact you again on the morning of the agreed delivery day to remind you, and to give you a 4 hour delivery window. If, for some reason, you’re unable to take delivery of your items on the agreed day, we will reschedule delivery for an additional re-delivery fee. If you are unable to take delivery or your order within 7 days after it becomes available, a weekly storage charge will apply.

If our suppliers are providing a direct home delivery, this will usually happen Monday to Friday.

On delivery day

Free installation

Our room of choice delivery service may include furniture assembly if appropriate. Our doorstep delivery service does not include furniture assembly and installation.


Our collection service

If you prefer, you can use our collection service instead of our delivery service. Most items are available for collection from a Furniture Village collection point. Please review your Shopping Basket to see whether your item is eligible for collection.

How to report a damaged item

If, when your order has been unwrapped in your home, there are signs of transit damage, a member of our delivery team will liaise with you to sort the problem, where possible. For more information, please refer to our Returns and Cancellations page for step-by-step advice.
